Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Our Citizens' Awareness Of Rules

Rules are basic element of social orderly operation,which are the guarantee and foundation of the society positive development.But the rules are not enough,it also need people to attach great importance to the rules,construction and implementation rules in practice.This requires every citizen has rule consciousness.It has an important influence on the development of human life and the development of society that whether we have rule consciousness and the ability to enforce the rules.Because of significant achievements of reform and opening-up,the social environment and life have changed dramatically.Accompanied by the diversity of social environment and significantly improve of living standards,people's social psychology changed.It has the tendency of growth in violation of laws and regulations,the destruction of public order,the decline of citizens' quality and even illegal crimes.It has revealed that the lack of part of the citizens' rule consciousness.It will seriously affect working life,the specification operation of social order and the construction of a harmonious socialist society if we let them grow without proper guidance.Therefore,it is imperative to understand the status of the citizens' rule consciousness,to clarify its own significance,and to carry out a comprehensive study on the causes and countermeasures of the problems.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the theoretical basis and practical significance of cultivating the citizens' rule consciousness.First of all,it is analyzed of the connotation of rules,rule consciousness,citizens' rule consciousness.To the corresponding research on the theoretical foundation and practical significance of cultivating citizens' rule consciousness,it is laid a solid foundation of resolve the problem of citizens' consciousness.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the current Chinese citizens' rule consciousness.Firstly,it is analyzed the design of questionnaire and the basic situation of sample.Secondly,according to the data obtained from the survey,it is discussed the positive aspects of Chinese citizens' rule consciousness: the social atmosphere of abiding by the rules is gradually formed,and the whole of citizens has a high degree of willpower to follow the rules.Thirdly,based on the data analysis,it is discussed the existing problems of Chinese citizens' rule consciousness: Some citizens lack of in-depth understanding of the specific content of the rules,Some citizens are indifferent to the rule consciousness,Some citizens' rule consciousness is insufficient,Some citizens have a weak sense of rule consciousness,Some citizens pursue the awareness of "hidden rules".Finally,it is made further analysis on the causes of the problem:The lack of education in citizens' rule consciousness,the limitations of the characteristics ofcitizens' own thought and behavior,adverse effects of external environment.Only when you find the problem and find the cause of the problem can you solve the problem well.The third part is the countermeasures of cultivate the citizens' rule consciousness.It is cultivated a multi-channel,multi-level,all-round comprehensive and consistent rules of citizen consciousness cultivation system which aiming at the existing problem of citizens' rule consciousness,by strengthening the education of citizens' consciousness,improving the limitations of citizens' thought behavior,creating a good environment.
