With the deepening of reform and opening up, China has been recognized as the“golden period of development”, according to the law of the process of worlddevelopment, the social and economic development generally corresponds to a range ofissues of environment, resources, population, social equity and so on a series ofproblems, and even contradictory during this period. Under the new situation in thecurrent environment, Chinese local governments shoulder great responsibility, inaddition to the own construction is good, more important is to realize the interests of thewhole nation. Not only that, the local government is the concrete representative of thecentral government in place, with the central government is the people of Bridges.Commissioned by the central government local governments carry out their decisions,but also is a behavior of local government are relatively independent entity. Therefore,local government’s behavior affects the society running and development of ourcountry’s stability and reform smoothly. Along with our country government functionreform unceasingly, in order to achieve the "service-oriented government" big goals,local governments became the key to the service function of the basic link, the ultimategoal of "service-oriented government" is to make the citizens satisfied. Along with ourcountry government function reform unceasingly, in order to achieve the"service-oriented government" big goals, local governments became the key to theservice function of the basic link, the ultimate goal of "service-oriented government" isto make the citizens satisfied Organization, therefore, to evaluate the service behavior oflocal government, public and used as the basis for assessing local governmentperformance, this is especially important.First of all, this thesis is on the basis of predecessors’ research results, due tothe different level local government behavior, collection of citizen satisfaction withexisting measure dimensions, construct impact model. On this basis, analyzed theimpact of different levels of local government behavior differences, with someSuggestions.Secondly, using the method of questionnaire survey, according to the analysismodel, the local government behavior main body of the professional degree of information transparency, reliability, processes contains three aspects form differentlevels into the inventory problem, according to the principles of questionnaire design,survey, design, questionnaire, to collect real data effectively.And then, the use of statistical tools, sorts through the questionnaire data analysis.Mainly adopts randomized analysis of variance for Descriptives descriptive statistic,one-way ANOVA and Tukey HSD after inspection, in order to explore the various levelsof local government behavior’s influence on citizens’ satisfactionFinally, according to the data analysis results showed that: a professional degree issubject to public value perception exists significant difference, the influence of principalprofessional degree of the impact on the public trust exist significant difference; Secondis process transparency value to the public perception of influence exist significantdifferences, the process is transparent to the public trust exist significant difference;Three is information reliability trust exists significant influence to the public. Accordingto the analysis result provides the advice: one is to strengthen local governmentadministrative personnel business level and improve the service attitude; Second is toimprove local government information publicity mechanism, emphasize the citizenparticipation in supervision; Three is to strengthen the reliability of the localgovernment decision-making information sources.
