Historical Inspection And Practical Reflection Of The CPC’s Cultural Soft Power Thought

In1990s, there is a research of "Soft Power Theory" upsurge all around the world. In the system of "Soft Power", culture element is the core and soul. The thought of National Cultural Soft Power refers to the idea of measuring one the culture construction level and producing internal cohesion and external influential from "the Theory of Soft Power" when considering construction situation of a country’s culture. The CPC’s cultural thought goes through exploration and cultural practice for90years. It absorbs advanced cultural thought of the world field and shapes national cultural soft idea with bright Chinese characteristic, which bases on Marxist view of culture. The shape of this important thought is the conclusion and innovation of CPC’s cultural thought, reflects the new orientation of the culture of the world and the high cultural consciousness of CPC as an advanced political party.By collecting and analyzing relevant literature of cultural thought and inserting the relative concepts and theory into CPC’s cultural thoughts research, this paper clarifies the background, developing process, inner characteristic and reflection of reality of the thought of CPC’s National Cultural Soft Power, analyzes current situation of Chinese cultural "soft power" construction in China, summarizes the deficiencies of current China’s cultural soft power building. By providing a new analyzing perspective of "National Cultural Soft Power", this paper try to deepen the reform of the cultural system and promote the development and prosperity of socialist culture, to combine the thought research of national culture of soft power with current cultural development in China, to enhance our national cultural soft power, to realize the development and prosperity of socialist culture, provide feasible suggestions of constructing socialist cultural power.
