Study On The Elderly Health Management In China

According to the results of China’s6th census, in China the population of the31provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central governmentand the soldiers in active military service, the population of65years and older is118831709people, rose1.91%year-on-year. The elderly in our country has a number,aging fast, unsynchronized with economic development, large regional differences,the elderly population showed a trend of aging characteristics, makes the populationof our country presents increasing trend of aging problems. Chronic disease is illness,its high mortality rates become the main problems which affect the elderly health, andthe prevalence of the elderly are higher than all the people. Therefore, in our countryaging is more serious at present; study of the elderly health management in China hasspecial value and significance. Elderly people made great contributions to the socialand economic development for our country, in its old age, through the relevant policyformulation and implementation, gradually establish a suitable health managementpattern for elderly in our country is the responsibility of the government departmentsin our country, also is the scientific outlook on development of righteousness. Centralgovernment departments at all levels has always put great emphasis on the elderlyhealth management work, introduced policies and regulations on the management ofthe elderly health, made clear duties of the main body of health management for theelderly. But the economic development level in our country is not high enough,coupled with the big aging population base, there are many problems in our elderlyhealth management system in construction, services segment, constructingcooperation mode, etc. analyzing the reason of the existence questions, so asproviding referential suggestions to promote the elderly health management. Thisneeds the government, community, medical institutions and social organizations tostrengthen exchanges and communication, under the government intervention, set upthe diversification of the elderly health management model of cooperation. This paperbased on public service theory, new public management theory, and the theory ofmultiple rules as the foundation, through the analysis of existing problems of theelderly health management in China and the reasons, the elderly health managementin China is suggested. The whole article is divided into five parts.The first part mainly on theoretical analysis, elaborated the concept of healthmanagement, the elderly health management as well as the theoretical basis. From theperspective of management, the key of health management and the core should be thegovernment as the main body, intervention and control the related risk factors foraffecting the health, through intervention the policy or system and managementintervention in the management process, will be passive into active disease preventionand treatment, to achieve maximum health promotion process. Through to the publicservice theory, new public management theory and the theory of multiple works put forward the applicability of the above theoretical research for this article.The second part mainly expounds the current status of the elderly healthmanagement, in reviewing the evolution of the elderly health management in ourcountry, and analyzes the elderly health management present situation in TaiAn City.The third part on the basis of analysis the elderly health management presentsituation in TaiAn City, found the existing problems of the elderly health managementin TaiAn City, analyzing causes of the problems, in order to improve the old peoplehealth management in China.The fourth part mainly analyzes the content and characteristics of the elderlyhealth management in the United States, Japan and Swedish, summarizes the elderlyhealth management experience of advanced countries, in order for the perfection ofthe elderly health management in China has a reference significance.The Fifth part aim at the existing problems and reasons to the elderly healthmanagement in China, in combination with the practical situation of the elderly in ourcountry, from the aspect of system construction, management, project subdivisionlevel, diversified cooperation mode, etc., point out the certain reference significancesuggestions to the elderly health management in China, through these suggestions ormeasures to promote the rapid development of the elderly health management in ourcountry, meeting the pressing needs of the elderly health management in China.
