So it’s necessary to set up the high institutionalizationlevel multilateral security cooperation mechanism of East Asia to ensure regionalsecurity.With the further development of economic globalization, the connections betweencountries especially countries in an area have been growing. Their interdependence levelscontinue to improve and to maintain the region security is their common interests andgoals. So It is very possible to establish the multilateral security cooperation mechanismof East Asia. At the same time, there will be a lot of difficulties In the process ofestablishing. It’s good that East Asian countries and related countries are doing theunremitting efforts for the multilateral security mechanism of East Asia.The construction of East Asia’s multilateral security cooperation mechanism mustfollow certain principles, gradually. First of all, under the guidance of the principle ofopenness, inclusiveness, progressive, take ARF as a foundation for the future EastAsian’s multilateral security cooperation mechanism. The second, enhance mutual trustcooperation between the great powers, and make the great powers dominate the processof BBS.
