The reform and opening up in the past30years has made remarkable achievement in the economic field of China. However, the traditional model of economic development also brought us a huge social pressure. The contradictions of economy, resources, environment and population keep upgrading. The social construction is long lagged behind in economic construction. The short board in social construction, according to the Cask Theory, has become a Catalyst in the psychological movement of the masses, especially the youth, which takes up a majority.The youth, as the future and hope of the country, deserve more attention to their growth. And Social youth organization is a key supporter of the health growth of the youth. At the complicated stage of economy and social transform, social youth organizations are under much influence, so that the need of the youth could not be satisfied and that more youth problems have emerged. How to solve those problems and to make youth social organizations work as positive connection bridge? How to clarify the relations between government, market and society? How to hold together the youth, who are also the majority of people, then to lead the grand mass towards a civil society and limited government? How to advance a rational return of authority and responsibility, as well as to promote the harmony of society? Those questions have become a major subject. The dissertation studied the case of the social youth organizations in Yantian, a district of Shenzhen. On the basis of analysis of status quo, it pointed out the main problems and difficulties of the adolescents and youth social organizations in Yantian, and bright up several suggestions to improving the development.
