Abundant natural resources ’curse’ normal social order, thus more petition and group unexpected incidents occur in the natural resource-rich areas. The living standard of the surrounding residents has been improved because of the abundant natural resources, but the exploitation of resources undoubtedly destroy the local ecological environment.
