Research Of Migrant Children’s Compulsory Education Issues And Social Insurance System

Since the the90’s of the20centry, the compulsory education of migrant workers’ children has emerged. With the rapid development of our country’s economy and the progress of urbanization, more and more surplus work force swarm into the urban area and living there. Coming with their parents, more children are lead into the urban as well. More education issues of these children arise than before therefore, which are becoming the most concerned topics of our society.From one hand, these issues have much relations with the migrant workers themselves(lack of knowledge,low incoming,neglect of education and short of means of educating children) and the children themselves. However this thesis aims to analyse other outer aspects, and analyse how to make use of policy to solve these education issues. Judging from the sureface, the compulsory education issues are simply related to expanding and using the urban education resources,however the issues direcely affect our country’s traditional education system,the allocation of education resources and the management of birth place. There are undeniable system researchs to the migrant children education issues,no matter from the aspect of educational research,social research,management research or from other aspects like financial research, law research or political research. There are many experiences to this problem. Based on the former research, the thesis illustrates the current situation and the problems of migrant children’ education,trying to analyse the fundamental reasons that caused these education prolems from the perspective of system analysis,getting the conclusion that the way to sove the migrant children’education problem is up to our policy system arrangement.
