The Problems Of Moral Education Of The Minor Children From Urbanpoverty Families

According to the National Bureau of Statistics survey， in1996the national urban poverty ratewas4.2%， the poverty rate in2006was5.3%. In recent years， the incidence of urban poverty is about6%-8%， although the incidence of urban poverty has decreased， but still significantly higher than thelevel of ten years ago. For example of Guangdong in2007， it’s total economic output routed to the first14in the world， but in accordance with the international poverty line of$2per capita daily standard， thereare still nearly20%of rural residents living in poverty state， nearly8%of the urban residents live belowthe poverty line. Laid-off workers， the unemployed， people without a stable income by doing odd jobsand set up stalls to feed their families， the moral education of the minor children of the family from theyconstitute， has become the important issues related to social stability and development.Facing the rapid development of China， the healthy growth of the next generation is the hopeproject is a matter of national future and national destiny， is the relationship between the immediateinterests of hundreds of millions of families project of common feelings of people， is a basic project of theconstruction of socialist spiritual civilization， directly or indirectly affect the country’s developmentprocess， do the best on the next generation work has become a top priority in the country’s rapiddevelopment. In this paper， through visiting， investigation of problems of moral education of urbanpoverty families of minor children， analysis of the causes of urban poverty family underage childrenproblems of moral education， and put forward the corresponding countermeasures on the existingproblems， this paper is divided into four parts.In the first part， I introduce the classification standard of the urban poverty families，comprehensively describes the main reason for the urban poverty families and minor children moraleducation present situation， the study shows that necessity of the research; the second part， I select of thespecial group of K urban poverty family minor children as the research object， adopt questionnairesurvey， case tracking research methods， conduct research on the problems of moral education of self-awareness， impression on others， parents’ responsibility of education， teachers’ responsibility ofeducation four angles， list the survey summary and analysis; the third part， based on the results of thesurvey， analysis of the causes of the moral educated problems of the minor children from urban povertyfamilies; the fourth part， put forward my personal opinions on the countermeasures of the minor peoplemoral education of urban poverty families， China should help these urban poverty families， at the sametime， make efforts on the healthy growth of their children.
