21century, with the development of the global economy, countries for the risingdemand for oil and gas resources, the domestic supply situation generally presents theimplementation of expansionary international oil strategy is essential, and Africa as anemerging oil exporter, has naturally become oil and gas resources of the country focus ofthe game, China-Africa cooperation has10years of history, not only because of politicalunrest in Africa affect the world price of oil stability and international energy security,but also the world’s second largest energy importing countries China also has animportant impact how to strengthen China-Africa cooperation in oil trade, stability,economic development is the focus of our thinking.In addition to the introduction, fromthe four parts to be discussed and expand.The first part of the second chapter, as basis for further study of the thesis, the mainthree-pronged approach to start on the status quo of the African oil and geopoliticalsituation. First, elaborated the status of the oil resources in Africa and its importantgeographical position; Second, the analysis of the effects of changes in the U.S. factor onthe political situation in Africa and energy supply; Third, the United States, Japan, theEuropean Union oil resources in Africa game trend analysis on China’s energy securityimpact.The second part of the third chapter focuses on Africa’s current political change in thepattern of international oil, mainly from the historical evolution of the political situationin Africa, the current changes in the political situation in Africa and the reasons, thecurrent African political changes on the international oil security threeregard to analysis.The third part is the fourth chapter, for China’s participation in the African oil and gascompetition and cooperation, in accordance with the current situation, problems,prospects, as well as with the thinking of the case of the cooperating countries to explore.The fourth part is the fifth chapter, this chapter explains the change in the current political situation in Africa the basis of the positive and negative impact on China’senergy security, focuses on how to deal with the international strategy of the politicalchanges in Africa’s oil security, to provide reference for China to cope with changes inthe political situation in Africa,of the deepening of China’s energy "going out" strategyand safeguarding national oil security to provide a theoretical basis and decision-makingreference.
