The ethnic development problems will inevitably affect the inter-ethnic relations in thefield of economy, culture and lives, lead to an increase in sudden events of ethnic relations,and cause deeply relation problems of nation and country. The performance of ethnic issues isexternal characteristics, ethnic issues as a long-standing problem of human development andevolution is more complicated in the ever-changing social and historical conditions, combinedwith the impact of the international environment is undoubtedly exacerbated ethnic issueresolved difficulty.
