Achievements,Problems And Contermeasures Of Incentiving Mechanism For Community Volunteers In Qingnian Hui,Hudong Road

In our country the community volunteers play a very important role for constructing our harmonious society.However,at present the demand of the basic community volunteer is still greater than the supply,because of the lacking volunteer incentive scheme.Therefore,how to motivate more citizens to participate the community volunteers team,how to maintain and strengthen the stability of the community volunteers team and the long-term development are the problems,which we have to face.Under this background,this paper describes the meaning,the history and the development of the present incentive scheme of the volunteers.This paper also analyzes and reports the existing problems of the volunteer incentive scheme based on the research results of the earlier literatures.The author takes the example of Qingnian Hui,Hudong Road Community in Suzhou Industrial Park and analyses the bilateral communication between the volunteers and the organizers.With respects to building,guiding,realizing the incentive scheme and analyzing its environment,the author discusses the positive influences and problems of the incentive system and points out its necessity and suggests the main measures for building and optimizing the incentive scheme.Combing the advantages of the volunteers,the organizers and the government constructive suggestions are also submitted.
