A Study On Performance Evaluation Of Community Emergency Management Informationization

The community emergency management Informationization is a new concept thataccompanied by the sharpening contradictions between the community public securityproblem and the emergency management efficiency, it represents the mainstreamdevelopment direction of the community emergency management in the future. At present,China’s community emergency management Informationization construction is still in itsbeginning stage. Based on the severe background of community public security problems inthe domestic, this paper research on Performance evaluation of the community emergencymanagement Informationization, must have very strong pertinence and important practicalvalue.This paper start illustrated content from research background, purpose, significance andthe research situation at home and abroad. The writer determined research methods and basicresearch framework based research purpose, established the theoretical framework ofcommunity emergency management Informationization including its features, service object,construction content, etc, and analyzed the connotation of the community emergencymanagement. Through drawing on the related research results, we set up the PerformanceEvaluation Index Model of Community Emergency Management Informationization bycombining with its own characteristics in the domestic, and then select an effective methodthat suitable based on the comparative analysis of commonly used evaluation method. Finally,putting Xiangtan Community of Hunan province as the research object, we collected data byfield sampling for empirical research, and put forward relevant countermeasures by analyzingthe empirical results.
