| Accompanied by the advances of technology, the manifestations of individualcharacter has developed and changed, as adapting, the law protection of individualcharacter should be advancing and changing. In the tradition law environment, we stillonly protect the individual character in Calligraphy, trademark and design patent, there isstill no particular law about individual character in typeface and font.Under the network environment, the using of individual character has becomeuniversal and indiscoverable, which aggravated the damage to the copyright owner. In thatcase, People are looking for a neutral solutions which can consider of the public as well ascopyright. But in the environment of network, the traditional copyright levy system cannotsatisfy today demand and so is in China. Therefore, constructing a copyright levy systemunder the network environment in our country is imperative.The research results of the copyright levy system under the network environment inour country has a lot of limitations:1、Most of the result of the work put careless ideas.2、Most researchers focus their attention on macro aspects rather than micro aspects.3、Theoretical derivation of information is everywhere but Empirical research is stillrelatively rare.This paper works on the compensation and development of copyright levy systemunder the network environment, and research the foreign legislation, in order to establish acopyright levy system under the network environment in our country.The train of thought of this article is thinking of asking questions, analyzing andsolving problems. This paper decrypt the define of individual character, typeface, and font.The balance of interests is also considered. This paper research the foreign legislation.And at last of the article, how to establish a charges copyright system in the environmentof network in our country is analyzed.As the research in depth, I believe the copyright levy system under the networkenvironment in our country will be established. |
