With increasingly rising of Sino-Japanese territorial dispute on Diaoyu Island in recentyears, the resurgence of Japanese militarism will seemingly come to us, so at this moment it isso-extremely necessary but also very meaningful to research Japan’s political and ideologicalorigin of political culture. Within the course to study of Sino-Japanese political culture, thisthesis is trying to seek an object, namely China which can compare with Japan, to make abetter understanding of Japan, but also a clear understanding between China and Japan in thefield of political and ideological differences and shortcomings to improve Sino-Japaneserelations ideal solution.This comparative study of Sino-Japanese political culture respectively gives threedifferent aspects to research Japanese political and ideological origins: the first, to introducethe eastward spread of ancient Chinese humanistic ideas and its influence to Japan, by themain clue for the eastward spread of Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, to illustrate variousinfluence of Japanese political thoughts made by three kinds of Chinese-style traditional idea;secondly, similarities and differences between Chinese and Japanese traditional politicalthoughts, mainly to aim at four detailed aspects, namely, divine rights of kings, system offeudal lords, restraining commerce, loyalty, filial piety, benevolence, to microscopically toelaborate the connection and differences between China and Japan; thirdly, the difference ofpolitical thoughts in modern time of China and Japan, mainly discuss with four perspectives,namely, the different between “advocating humanities” and “bushidao”, the differencebetween China and Japan, influenced from western civilization, the difference of the spread ofMarxism in China and Japan, revival of nationalism and racialism.
