According to the new expectations of theelderly quality of life,we should continue to strengthen self-construction of the pensionagency,give full play to the positive role of the elderlyself-management,self-education,self-service.Enhance the self-confidence andself-esteem of the elderly living in the pension agency,showing the elderly new spirit tothe society,so as to eliminate the negative image of the aged in people’s minds.This survey take The Nursing Home In Hohhot， Inner Mongolia forexample,through the investigation of the home environment and facilities, as well asinterviews and questionnaire survey for the elderly and the staff, research proposedimprovements and recommendations for the development of Hohhot nursing home andthe Hohhot nursing home as a typical case to provide reference for the development ofother pension institutions.
