China mustvigorously carry out the E-government, transform the concept of governance, create ademocratic environment, perfect democratic procedures, strengthen the system guarantee, sothat constantly enrich democratic ideas and practical basis from various aspects.From the view of E-government, this article attempts to discuss democratizationsystematically, combining the current situation of our country’s governance democratization.Firstly, the paper starts with connotation and theoretical basis of democratization.
