Study On The Problem And Countermeasures Of Tangshan Community Cultural Construction

The modern city is one of the community, and the community is the base of the city.With the progress of our society, the rapid development of modern cities, and thenecessity and importance of community building has been prominent. Solving the currentcommunity problems is the subject of a socialist spiritual civilization construction, whichcould be of great urgency. For example, to improve the quality of community residents,strengthen the cultural construction of urban communities to meet the expanding spiritualand cultural needs of the community residents, to carry forward the community culture inthe building of spiritual civilization of the modern urban society and the value of theestablishment of contemporary new urban community cultural patterns, and strengthenthe construction of cultural theory and practice of urban communities.The object of this paper is the construction of community culture of Tangshan City,the research objective is to provide good recommendations for community cultureconstruction of Tangshan city. This paper described the research background, thendomestic and international situation and the theoretical basis, which as a prerequisite andtheoretical basis, and through a questionnaire survey and case analysis. When getting thefirst-hand information, its comprehensive analysis to identify the various problems in theconstruction and development of Tangshan city community culture, combined with theactual situation, from the perspective of government, community residents, communityworkers and the main causes of these problems. After analysis, we get a point thatTangshan City community should strengthen the construction of cultural facilities toimprove community participation in the cultural construction of the urban community,the establishment of specialized urban community cultural workers, to strengthen theGovernment’s leadership in the urban community culture and rationalize communitycultural aspects of the construction. Then promote the harmonious development of thecommunity culture of Tangshan City.
