Countermeasure Study On Community Culture Construction Of Weihai High And New Technology Industrial Development Zone

Considering the requirement of the communities and families, integratingthe community’s cultural resource efficiently, pushing the community cultureahead is not only the demand of implementing the people oriented scientificdevelopment concept, promoting the public culture benefiting people project andguaranteeing the citizen’s basic cultural rights, but also the objective requirementfor the WeiHai High and New Technology Industrial DevelopmentZone(WHHNTIDZ) to strengthening its community’s construction, and even animportant subject for the modern urban community to improve the quality ofcommunity residents, the cultural life of residents and the graciousness ofcommunity. This dissertation takes the community culture as the core content ofthe community construction, analyzes the current problems existing in thecultural construction of the WeiHai High and New Technology IndustrialDevelopment Zone based on sociology and management, and puts forward someeffective policy suggestions.The dissertation uses the research methods of field visit and questionnaireresearch to analyze the factors influencing the development of communityculture from the actual demand of the responsible person, residents and theirfamilies of the community, probes the current problems and their reasonsexisting in the cultural construction of the WeiHai High and New TechnologyIndustrial Development Zone, discusses the public function of the AdministrativeCommittee of the Development Zone. After the comparative analysis of thecommunity cultural characteristics home and abroad, combining the successfulexperience of community cultural construction, the dissertation puts forwardsome effective policy suggestions which is useful to improve the culturalconstruction of the WeiHai High and New Technology Industrial DevelopmentZone based on many empirical data from field visit.
