Problems And Countermeasures Of City Community Culture Construction

With the capital agglomeration and agglomeration of population in the urban community, the culture from the countryside and other areas is also gathered with an extraordinarily high speed, which is totally different from the original culture. These cultural elements could combine with each other in the same urban community space,however, the conflict could never be avoided, Therefore, the unified and harmonious community culture has become the mission of urban community construction, which is must to be done.This paper takes Jinchang city as an example, which is the only "new country urbanization comprehensive pilot city" in Gansu province. The Jinshuili community in Jinchang city is selected as a relatively independentthe research object. Referring the results of domestic and foreign researches related to community culture, this paper is to fairly reflect the cultural construction of Jinshuili community by giving the community and community culture concept with an accurate detailed information,using the investigation method and literature analysis. Firstlyl, combined with the quartering of cultural content, there is a describe of condition of the Jinshuili community cultural construction respectively from four aspects: the material culture,behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture. At the same time, it is to reflect fuctions of community, such as cultural cohesion, identity and so on, by showing all kinds of cultural construction content. Secondly, it sums up the characteristics and achievements of community culture construction in the Jinshuili community,meanwhile, points out that the community culture construction in the process of exploring in Jinshuili still faces problems such as lack of staying power and social power support. Finally, it sorts out the causes of these problems, finds out effective methods worthy learning in excavation cases, combining theories with practice, and summarizes the weak link of cultural construction, trying to extract the content and methods, from which are worhing referring, and finally, put forward to promotion of the orderly community culture construction and healthy development of the security mechanism.
