The Research On China’s Civil Aircraft Airworthiness Management Of Administrative Licensing System

The airworthiness management administrative licensing system is the microcosmic issue ofadministrative permission system in our country.By supervising the following stages such as civilaircraft design, production, usage and maintenance to ensure the airworthiness management can beprocessed successfully. With the development of the our civil aviation industry and the set-up of largeaircraft programme, more and more requirements are needed in this area. The asministrive liciensingsystem nowadays can make sure the aircrafts system run successful, but with new conditions occur,the system can hardly meet the requirements. We need to analysis the current situation and figure outthe defects.What’s more,it’s urgent to complete the revelent regulations and make it better and better.The paper analysis the civil aviation airworthness administrative system of our and foreigncountry, but it’s more about the defects and solutions of civil aviation airworthness administrativesystem. There are four chapters in this paper: Chapter One is to introduce the system, especially aboutthe revelent definitions, development and it’s effects; Chapter Two is to deal with the defects of thissystem and procesedures;Chapter There is introducing the airworthiness management administrativelicensing system of US and Japan and Chapter Four may come up with the solutions and new ideas tothose defects.
