Hehuang area since ancient times is a multi-ethnic and cultural diversity of theregion, in the edge of Hua Yi staggered in the national cultural distribution pattern.Hehuang area is located in the northwest frontier, strategic position is very important,since the Western Han Dynasty it has been central dynasties sustained attention andcontrol area.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties is the local administrative system ofHehuang areas in mature period, since the Ming Dynasty, changed obviously inHehuang area and population, economy, social structure, the local administrativesystem of Hehuang, since the Ming Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty after the adjustment,there are some changes in local administrative management, through the reform andadjustment a series of Ming and Qing two generations, the political integration of theHehuang region, and has laid the foundation of modern Hehuang local managementsystem. Evolution system of Ming and Qing Dynasties Hehuang local administrativemanagement system, to make up for the deficiency in the previous study of this region,and is conducive to fully understand the historical process of Hehuang administrativedivisions formed today, so as to provide reference for promoting the history ofnorthwest minority areas of consolidation and development.Based on the previous studies of domestic and foreign scholars, starting from therelationship between area of Huangshui River in Ming and Qing Dynasties evolutionof the administrative management system and regional social change, analyzed andmore comprehensive study on the local administrative system of Hehuang areas in theMing and Qing Dynasties changes. The full text is divided into five parts:The first chapter analyzes the cultural characteristics and geographical,geopolitical characteristics of Hehuang, analyses the Hehuang area unique political,economic, cultural, ethnic structure in general, to establish the overall in the regionknow. The third chapter analyses the Hehuang region in the Ming Dynasty and thelocal administrative management system. The fourth chapter of the Qing Dynasty toHehuang region business and local administrative management system. Finally, theconclusion summarized the evolution and characteristics of regional administrativesystem of Hehuang areas in the Ming and Qing dynasties.The Ming and Qing Dynasties Hehuang local administrative management system reform, is the inevitable result of Hehuang political, economic and culturaldevelopment, the Ming and Qing Dynasties, is the two generation of the localadministrative management system of Hehuang revolution "--an important period ofHehuang integration, integration with the mainland" during the two dynasties ofHehuang local society, is in the "borderland integration" and strengthen thecentralization of power under the background of national power to Hehuanggrass-roots social penetration, and the local administrative system of Ming and QingDynasty to Hehuang radical change is the Ming Dynasty integration Hehuang regiondevelopment the result and reflection.
