Dynasties by factors such as natural and man-made disasters andpedantic thinking, the phenomenon of street children is not uncommon. During theAnti-Japanese War, the aggression of the Japanese invaders, the National Kidnapped,the people of a multi-hazard, as the vulnerable groups of society, the problem of streetchildren is more prominent, and their survival upbringing caused particular concern ofthe government and society. The author of rescuing street children in Chengdu, SichuanProvince upbringing work only during the war as a research object, through to findrelated writings, journal, access to the relevant original file, reading research, theRepublic of China government in the theoretical writings of save the Children,Children’s upbringing, the street children educated work on basic overview, policies,institutions and correctional Chengdu specific content, in order to deepen publicunderstanding of the work of the Chengdu Municipal Government and communitygroups of the Anti-Japanese War and the objective evaluation, inspired by thegovernment and society about children, people’s livelihood, improve the social securitysystem, to improve the survival of street children and parenting quality, exploringhuman cultural the rescue mode, to build a harmonious coexistence of society.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part provides an overview of the the reasons basic overview of theAnti-Japanese War Chengdu street children, natural and man-made disasters are themain causes of street children, pedantic thinking exacerbated by the formation of streetchildren.The second part enumerates the Anti-Japanese War Chengdu city street childreneducation policies and relief agencies, including the ideological origins of streetchildren educated, the National Government and the government of Chengdu specificpolicy measures for street children educated, and related relief correctional institutions overview.The third part analyzes the specific contents of the street children educated duringthe War, focusing on education and scientific concept of relief from the children’supbringing, education etc to show government-led, the social participation rescue mode.The fourth part assessment of street children rearing of Chengdu in the period ofAnti-Japanese War.In a word, by the related problems of street children rearing of Chengdu during theperiod of Anti-Japanese war, not only to lay the foundation for more scientific rescuemode,but also expand the study scope of the field during the period of the Republic ofsocial history,educational history, the history of historiography.
