Research On The Cultivation Of The Culture Of New Rural Sage Of T Street In Chengdu From The Perspective Of "Three Governance Integration "

China has always placed agriculture,rural areas and farmers in an important position in the country’s strategic planning,and the revitalization of rural areas is an important measure to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The realization of effective rural governance is an important part of rural revitalization.The integration of autonomy,rule of law and rule of virtue,as a beneficial innovation to the grass-roots social governance system,is conducive to the realization of effective rural governance.Due to their special geographical location,suburban towns and villages are under the impact of urban culture.The original rural culture begins to disintegrate,and a variety of cultural problems emerge,such as some people are addicted to the worship of money and hedonism,and lack of public interest.As a kind of rural sage culture,it not only plays a leading and encouraging role,but also plays a role in cultivating local customs and enriching folk customs.In the context of the new era,the ways and means for the rural sages in suburban towns and villages to participate in the rural governance are more diverse,and the culture of rural sage has also evolved into the new rural sage culture with a richer connotation of the new era,such as reflecting the socialist core values,advocating the public to give play to the sense of ownership,and encouraging the public to strive for excellence.Therefore,in order to play the role of new rural sage culture in rural governance,and further to realize rural good governance and rural revitalization,at the same time guarantee the accuracy and practicability of the study,in the field of grassroots social governance,the paper selected a typical suburban fusion of village classes,Chengdu suburb T street as the research object,based on the field research for half a year,combined with questionnaire method and interview method to collect related information.From the perspective of the integration of three governance,the paper studies the value and cultivation work of the new rural sage culture in T street.Based on the data collected through field investigation,this paper summarizes the value of new rural sage culture in promoting the integration of the three governance systems of T street.For example,promoting the cooperation of the main body,carrying out cultural guidance and realizing environmental creation At the same time,in view of the problems existing in the process of cultivating the culture of new rural sage in T street,such as the low willingness of the masses to participate,the fear of difficulties of grassroots cadres,the weak cultural capital of new rural sage,and the poor publicity effect of the activities,we can guide the masses to actively participate in the community governance by the non-local new rural sage.Reduce the pressure change the idea,construct the multi-center coordinated governance pattern;Activate the stock to create increment,cultivate and develop the new culture organization;We will innovate the ways and means of publicity and carry out special activities at the grassroots level.
