| In the case of traditional administration system, governments are the center ofwhole administrative system and arrange various social organizations and publicactivities in the way of from top to bottom. With the internet increasingly becomingpopular worldwide, it has been an important media which affects politics, economy,culture and even social ideology, and when time goes by its influence also has spreadfurther and wider on politic democracy, economy development, culture distribution,social management, public supervision, ideology and morality, etc.. Therefore, thetraditional administrative models of government, encountering new challenges, are notwell fit with requirements of social development and must be transferred while using ITtechnology to improve the administrative efficiency and quality, to bring people more,better and prompt public services. This article, in relatively sound way, analyzes weakpoints in traditional administration system, such as insufficient public hearing formaking administrative decisions, lack of transparency and interactivities inadministrative performance, etc. Huge portion of world population are users of internetwhich are characterized in anonymous, equal, interactive, quick-responded, ect., whichmakes the environment of government administration deeply changed. Governments atall levels gradually take the internet as an important channel for hearing public voice,improving public service performance, enforcing administrative capability. Especially inrecent years, the function of E-government affairs network has been getting strongerand more convenient. The innovations of government administrative models should beclosely focused on the application of E-government affairs network which makes thegovernment more transparent, uncorrupted, and more efficient. Four points oninnovations of government administration models have been raised by this article, aswell six ensuring measures as per actual happenings. |
