The Analysis Of The Influence Of Traditional Administration Culture Of China For Service-oriented Government Construction

In order to adapt the macro strategic deployment of building a well-off society in an all-round way and perfecting the system of socialist market economy, speeding up the transformation of government function, reforming the system of government management, innovating the mode of government management and advancing actively the construction of a serving government have become our government's ultimate aim of its development and the innovation of its management system.As a cultural spirit authority which has passed down for hundreds of years, traditional administrative culture has its social and psychological base. It contains the essence of national culture and some elements accord with the inner prescription of public administration. So it can provide spiritual and cultural resource for public administration on thought shaping of serving government.Although traditional administrative culture has positive aspects, it is the product of social and economic relation in a particular historical period. As a result, its essential content cannot meet the basic demand of social and economic relation in contemporary socialist society. This is done from the aspect of administrative system innovation, culture transformation of administrative main body and object, etc. So the great project of constructing serving government can be advanced by way of administrative culture innovation.
