Research On The Migrant Workers Rights And Interest Protection

Migrant workers that have left the land to towns were engaged in non-agricultural employment.Traditional identity system and free market system led to this result.In the process of social change,by the dual economic structure,urban and rural policies and segmentation system and so on,rights violations is not uncommon.If this trend continues, not only affect China's economic development,but also will slow down China's urbanization process.As China's social members and citizens of the country,the enjoyment of their rights should be treated equally.The building of the legal system in China's economy is badly in need of a major study on the subject that effectively protecting this special social groups.We can learn from Western countries to protect the rights and interests of migrant workers,in the process of urbanization in the transfer of the labour force,with China's basic national conditions.Adhere to the people-centered,the purpose of building a harmonious society,and gradually coordinating urban and rural development.Through the reform of the current social security system and the household registration system,we can provide a good legal environment for migrant workers, and build up a long-term interests of migrant workers legal protection system.
