| Around the theme of promote migrant workers to be citizen , form the point of Household registration system, using the theories of Harmonious socialist society, modern society, fair society and labor mobility to analyze the barriers of migrant workers to be citizen. By analyzing we found that the key factor in the process of migrant workers to be citizen is Household registration system. And then we discuss how to encourage the migrant workers to be citizen from the perspective of"Reform the household registration system and other relational systems". The paper is divided into five chapters. The first one is"introduction", including the backgrounds, subjects and research theories, to establish the analytical framework and research ideas of this paper. Also learn histories and current situations about the migrant workers to be citizen form other researches.The second chapter is"the migrant workers and to be citizen", which is introduce the generations, features, current situations and great contributions of migrant workers to point out the importance of them to be citizen.The third chapter is"the migrant workers to be citizen and reformation about household registration system". The process of migrant workers to be citizen is faced with many kinds of obstacles, such as the systems, individuals, and societies. By analyzing we found that the reformation about household registration system is the most important part of migrant workers to be citizen. And then we discuss some deficiencies of household registration system. These deficiencies will help us to consider the fourth chapter"Reform the household registration system and other relational systems"The fourth chapter"Reform the household registration system and other relational systems"which is the center of this article. This part we make some suggestions for the reformation about household registration system and other relational systems, based on the actual situations of our country. Only reform the household registration system and other relational systems, like employment system, social security system, urban housing system, education system, and land system, the problem of migrant workers in our country will be solved and the people of migrant workers will be citizen really.The last chapter is a summary of this paper. |
