The Study Of The Action About Chinese Air Force During The Prime Anti Japanese War (1937.7-1937.11)

The Chinese Air Force already had ability to fight enemy before the Anti Japanese War. According to the military campaign planned out before the Anti Japanese War, Japanese Naval Air Force will became their major enemy in the east China when the war break out. The capability of Chinese pursuit plane is better than Japanese fighting plane, and bombardment aircraft can be intercept by Chinese pursuit plane before the fighting plane named ninety-six were sent by Japanese Navy. All the major department of the Chinese Air Force were sent to east China. However, many Japanese planes could not be used because there is no airport for Japanese Navy. Chinese aircrafts is no fewer than Japanese aircrafts in east China during the first20days about the Battle of Shanghai. Many pilot were graduated from Central Aviation College before the Anti Japanese War, they can drive all of the aircrafts about Chinese Air Force although the amount of pilot is lower than Japanese. Enough airports and excellent logistics supports capacity can help Chinese to against Japanese during the initial stage resistance. In a word, The Chinese Air Force already had ability to strive for control of the air over the east China before the fighting plane named ninety-six were sent by Japanese Navy.The first mission of air force in the war is striving for control of the air. A couple of the ways could account for it:on one hand, positive attacking fashion could be taken in order to bomb enemy airport and their aircraft factory by our bombardment aircraft; on the other hand, The aircraft which have the better capability than enemy can be used to intercept enemy aircraft when we got the exact information. Compare with the second way, the first way could help us to got enough space that we can make plan actively for our goals, yet the second is negative defense. Chinese Air Force had attacked to the Gongda Airport which was building by Japanese during the Battle of Shanghai, and the Japanese aircraft carrier were be attacked by Chinese Air Force too. The result of attacking was poor because of the equipment and so on. All the department of the Japanese naval air force on Jizhou Island and Taiwan could be sent to any place in order to attack Chinese goal because these areas were not be attacked by Chinese Air Force. However, Chinese Air Force is brave when Japanese aircraft invade our airspace. Japanese aircraft could be intercept by our aircraft before September10th,1937. But, we lost the control of the air over the north China and the south China because our plane were be focused on the east China. There is no army aviation in Chinese Army during the prime Anti Japanese War, it is the duty that Chinese Air Force had to assist for army during the action. Chinese Air Force were focus on the east China to join the Battle of Shanghai because of strategy and so on. Chinese Air Force sent some department to north China and south China with the changes in the form of these areas. However, there are different result in different areas and different time because the enemy military strength is different. The action of army cooperating with air force to be successful in the east China during the middle August,1937, because pre-empt plan and air-ground operation plan were be draw up before the war. Initiative were be lost by Chinese Army after Japanese Army land in Shanghai, but, Chinese Army were not passive before September10because of the action about Chinese Air Force. However, air force action haven’t effect on north China and south China because we can’t get the control of the air.In the existing conditions, many factor were be used by Chinese Air Force. They focused the east China in order to get the control of the air before the first ten-day period of September, army were be support by air force. The action and the contribution about Chinese Air Force should not be ignore although they haven’t contribution during the last stage.
