The political participation of new social class representatives has subjective and objective motivation ans factors, so concerning the political participation issues of new social class and promoting the effective participation of new social class in political life are not only the important way to enrich Marxist theory of political participation, but can also greatly enrich the party’s ruling theory, contribute to enhance the party’s class foundation, expand the party’s mass base and consolidate its ruling status.The political participation of Wuhan new social class representatives reflects the vitality of economic and social development in Wuhan, embodies the formation development and gradually mature of the consciousness in political participation. Actively guide and accelerate the promotion of the participation in political life of Wuhan new social class representatives is the premise condition to do the work of party’s mass and united front,the important guarantee of maintaining the great achievements of the reform and development of Wuhan and building a harmonious society in Wuhan.In recent years, the study of the political participation of new social class becomes the hot topic in domestic theoretical cycle, but the study about Wuhan has not been a primary one. Through reference to the research methods and achievements of the predecessors in domestic theoretical, the author preliminary analysis the formation process, development status and the main experience of the political participation of new social class representatives in Wuhan.
