In recent years, with the reform of administrative examination and approval system in our country step by step, public service center began to emerge in the country. At the same time, government effectiveness construction become louder, become the dominant direction of the self construction of the government. Therefore, the efficiency of public service center construction is not only related to the succes or failure of the reform of administrative examination and approval system, but also objectively reflect the local public service level.Effectiveness evaluation includes the evaluation of two aspects of performance evaluation and function, commonly used methods include the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, grey whitening weight function method. Evaluation system of Zhuji city public service center, the current efficiency is relatively single, already can not adapt to the modern government effectiveness construction requirements. In this paper, the author tries to improv upon the Balanced Score Card(BSC) theory was introduced to Zhuji city public service efficiency evaluation, combining with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) principle, do some beneficial exploration for evaluation practice of administrativ efficiency in china. |
