Effectiveness Evaluation Of Dongguan City Dalang Town Administration Center

During the 1990 s, due to the rapid development of information technology, USA business circles initiated a "reengineering management" revolution, its basic orientation is in the new technology, especially information technology support, cleaning, re evaluation and greatly improved the original management way and management procedures, thus effectively reduce management costs, improve management efficiency. Subsequently, this reengineering management" into the public sector, caused public sector reengineer. Asked the government to provide citizens services enhance responsiveness, increase efficiency and reduce cost. The weight of the government, reinventing government significance mainly has two: further established the government service concept; creating a program of service type government behaviors and new, bring obvious change of government employees and the quality requirements, the interests of all parties to the relationship between the government and outside the comprehensive adjustment etc.As a system innovation of administrative service center in China for more than ten years of development, the author thinks that the operation effect of view of it is necessary, therefore, this paper will try to run through the mechanism study of Dongguan municipal administrative service center, the Dalang town government administrative service center to case study, combined with the existing literature, research the management innovation.In order to study the factors such as administration authority, duty of the administration center, the author thinks that the operation effect of view is necessary, and there is problems in the Dalang administration service center, such as “not clear legal status and function orientation”, “human resources development question”,department coordination”, for all, we mean to find some inspiration in this study.
