With the blog, micro-blog, mobile phone, BBS and other we media forms widely used,it not only brings great challenges to traditional media but also to Public crises of our government and makes big effects on political, economic and culture. One hand, the We Media can quickly spread public crises out and cause wide concern; On the other hand, due to the lack of the gatekeeper’s role in the information dissemination process, there will be rumors and the phenomenon will make serious damage to the social order. Therefore, the Government should fully grasp the characteristics of information dissemination in the We Media process and make the proper guidance which will improve the image of the government and help to build a harmonious society.The article explores the typical performance and characteristics of We Media in the dissemination of information of public crises by representative cases of We Media in public crises on the basis of profound analysis of We Media’s features and forms. We media achieves real-time dissemination of information of public crisis while brings the difficult to control the risk communication process which causes a great challenge for the government’s information management.For the dissemination of information from the public crisis and the government status quo, the article demonstrates this point of view that the government can publish authoritative information to control the public opinion, use the we media to structure administrative micro-blogging, establish a crisis communication feedback mechanism to strengthen the public communication and strengthen self-media management to build the government’s crisis communication strategy.
