For the current is in the development of the Chinese, society is in the form ofdiversification reform in the period of transition, various crisis events emerge in anendless stream, how to make good use of the media channels, correct, timely handle thevarious social public crisis, become a problem urgent to discuss and solve, this problemalso to our government the credibility of the establishment, have a direct influence onthe further development of the society, and it is one of the major national governmentmust face and solve practical problems. This article is based on this background, thegovernment public crisis management from the perspective of new media system.In order to enhance the scientific sex, sex and countermeasure design operationalsystem in this paper, based on the study of the question, to analyze and solve theproblem of "three steps" paradigm, the comprehensive use of government management,media communication, crisis management and mathematical statistics knowledge,focusing on theoretical analysis and the empirical research combined with qualitativeanalysis and quantitative analysis, the organic unity, problem analysis andcountermeasure research logic design, on the basis of comparison and analysis, in theSanya super market events for the Countermeasures of government public crisismanagement system with new media research in view of the. On the choice of theresearch methods, this paper will mainly use the research methods, theoretical analysisand empirical analysis of a combination of research methods, qualitative description andquantitative analysis combined with comparative analysis and case analysis of acombination of research methods, focus on the method.Overall, the main content of this paper consists of three parts except theintroduction and the conclusion. The first part is the new media and public crisismanagement theory, which is the theoretical basis of this study. The second part is ourgovernment’s public crisis management problems and analysis--Taking Sanya super market event as an example, it is the focus of this research. The third part is the choiceof public crisis management optimization countermeasures and path from theperspective of new media, it is the research results of this paper. Compared with thesimilar research, this study has explored the very strong theory significance and thepractical significance, one is the research will be helpful for innovation paradigm ofpublic crisis management of government from the perspective of the new media; thetwo is the research will be helpful for our government to deal with the new mediachallenges of crisis public relations; three is the research will be helpful for ourgovernment according to the management, scientific management and democraticmanagement.
