However, the openness and digital information copiedconvenience, information dissemination micro-blog platform, makes a lotof copyrighted works by Internet infringement. The emergence of a largenumber of micro-blog tort, balance of interests damaged copyrightmaintained micro-blog, violations of the legitimate interests of copyrightholders. A lot of micro-blog copyright disputes and public discussion and therefore, makes the micro-blog copyright protection problem hasbecome one of the theory discussion. With the network technology andthe rapid development of aircraft development of micro-blog is a starkcontrast to our country at present about micro-blog copyright protectionconsciousness is weak. In this situation, it is necessary to protect theinterests of copyright owner micro-blog, micro-blog and promote goodand fast development,how to do these two points as we need concern.
