| With the rapid development of the network technology, micro-blog with its real-time, openness, sharing characteristics has distinguished with the traditional medium and has become the most widely used social networking and information dissemination software after the blog and online community. With the increase of micro-blog users, phenomenon of micro-blog content plagiarism also appear immediately, and it caused people pay more attention to micro-blog copyright protection issues, which put forward new requirements on the legal issues of the copyright of network.This dissertation is composed of two parts:the introduction and text. The introduction mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the study and sums up the research situation of micro-blog related legal issues of copyright in China and abroad.The mainly part of the report is composed of three parts: The second chapter mainly introduces the micro-blog characteristics, including its concept, characteristics and definition of micro-blog copyright and some controversial issues in the process of judging, among which the originality standard is supposed to be the focus of the core for judging network works. The third chapter expounds the definition of micro-blog copyright infringement and sums up the main responsibilities of different subjects in micro-blog tort liabilities. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the protection of micro-blog copyright and puts forward some viable suggestions of micro-blog copyright protection under the special Chinese conditions. |
