From Uniformity To Diversity:the Direction Of Ideological And Political Education In The Perspective Of Social Stratification

Ideological and political work is the lifeline of the economic work and all the other work. Chinese Communist Party has always attached great importance to the work of Ideological and political education. Along with our country carried out the policy of reformation and opening, our country social stratification status has changed a lot, from three fractional class structure into multiple class structure. As to marketization and modernization, our life changes greatly in ideas, ways of life, material benefits and so on. As one of the economic base, the changes of social stratification is bound to lead to changes in the work of Ideological and political education.Facing the new situation and new problems, the work of Ideological and political education must gain the initiative, The ideological and political educators should respond to this change actively. Only to keep pace with the times, can we enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political work.This paper mainly includes two parts:Introduction, Body and Conclusion. The introduction part introduces why choose research into the ideological and political in the perspective of social stratification and its meaning, the ideas of experts and scholars at home and abroad, the ideas and methods in this research, as well as definition of relevant concepts. The first chapter is based on the theoretical point of view to observe and study the relationship between social stratification and the ideological and political education. By study their relationship in synchronic and diachronic, we know that social stratification determines the ideological and political education, the ideological and political education can not only adapt to social stratification, but also can adjust and eagerly look forward to social stratification. The second chapter is based on the practice evolution of social stratification and the ideological and political education, by reviewing the history of them, we find that they used to be entirety. However, it was changed after reform and opening-up, so ideological and political education must change. By analysing the problems in the past between social stratification and ideological and political education, we believe that if we want ideological and political education to adapt and lead the social stratification, we must let ideological and political education multiple symbiosis. The third chapter focuses on measures of Ideological and political education in the perspective of pluralism, and how these measures do good to social stratification. This paper thinks:only by handling the relationship of " uni" and " multiple ", changing the traditional education of ideal and belief into the education which includes belief education, emotional education and interests of unity, realizing the aim that educated changes from heteronomy to autonomy heteronomy, pay more attention to humanistic concern, psychological counseling and role of society environment so that we can make the social stratification and the ideological and political education be benign and interactive.
