Humanistic Concern is a theory arisen from humanism, but it is higherthan the theory of humanism. The constitution, as the fundamental law of a country,concerns people, shows respect for persons and provides a good platform for thedevelopment of people through the way of setting the rules for the country andlimiting misuse of state power. Humanistic concern is an intrinsic connotation of theconstitution and always improves itself as the development of constitution. This paperhas a deep analysis of the value and essence of humanistic concern. The conclusioncan provide theory guarantee for the work of CCP and the government. It also canboost the common people’s confidence to the Party and the nation. The18th CPCNational Congress was just concluded and we have a good developing time. Keepingthe society stable and harmonious is prerequisite to ensure the excellent situation.
