The Research Of Retirement Community’s Architectural Design Based On Humanistic Concern

With the increasing aging population, aging city unceasingly intensifies, theelderly pension issue has gradually aroused widespread concern. In2000, the world’spopulation above the age of60with a total of600000000. By2013, the number ofpeople above60years old in China has reached202000000. The Chinese governmentaccording to the fundamental realities of the country not the old rich first, rapid agingof the situation, put forward the "sense of security, old age, physically, learn,worthiness, has" work objectives. How to improve the quality of life of the elderly inold age life and meet the emotional needs to become an architect is a question worthpondering.At present, our country in the old-age community building achieved initialsuccess, but still focused on meeting basic needs of elderly accommodation, basic lifeand the limited recreational facilities and activities, the lack of humanistic care to theold building space design, cannot achieve help old people cross the meaningful lifeand reach to adapt to its environment, it is easy to let the old man to lose theindependence, participation and enthusiasm. Therefore, the old-age communitybuilding space design in desperate need of improvement in the humanities concernlevel.This subject to aging as the research background, takes the pension communitybuilding space as the research content, in order to help elderly self-care elders anddielectric as the research object, combined with the landscape environment ofcommunication psychology, science, ecological architecture, human engineering andother disciplines theory, the application of field investigation and questionnaire, onthe community building space for objective analysis in the humanities concern level,summed up with the elderly physiological, psychological, behavioral characteristicsand spirit of place needs of architectural space, in order to improve the old-age community building space and the construction of the modern old-age communityprovided positive reference.This paper aims to explore the humanities concern angle research from theretirement community building space design, discuss the old-age community buildingspace design principles for the elderly daily life and meet the public space design forthe elderly community life of the old-age pension, summarize the communityenvironment space design elements based on the humanistic care. Bring vitality andconvenience for the old life, and provides some design methods to create acomfortable and pleasant living environment of the elderly, add some design ideas.
