Research On Military Security System In Song Dynansty

Song’s military security system plays a important role in Song armybuilding,which provides a template to the later dynasties’ military security system,and it still has its reference value until now.Therefore, sorting out Song’s militarysecurity system, not only help to understand the social conditions at that time, but alsohelp us to understand the Chinese ancient traditional social security system of militaryhistory and development,which is can be a historical experience to the reform andimprovement of China’s socialist military security system.Based on the theoretical point of modern military security,this paper willintegrated use of the knowledge and methods of history, sociology, politics, militaryscience,to analyze and examine the military security system in the Song Dynasty.Byanalyzing the study, we found that Song has formed a complete military securitysystem.Because it contains some contents of modern soldier protection that protect theinterests of military personnel and their families in the Song Dynasty, which plays aimportant role in consolidating the Song Dynasty national defense and maintainingarmy’s stability.However, due to the limitations of history, the Song Dynasty militarysecurity system has a lot of defects, such as excessive soldiers’ reward, poorlyenforced decree, etc.Though Song military security system exposes many flaws in theimplementation process, it adapt to the social development of the Song dynasty, andplays good has some positive effects on that time,which should be fully affirmed.
