Research On Management Mode Of County People’s Livelihood

With the development of China’s social economy, people’s demand for theconstruction of more social livelihood has become a pressing matter of the moment,improve the livelihood of the people at all levels of government. How to manage people’slivelihood, the people’s livelihood management to innovate, to adapt to the currentdevelopment situation and the needs of the people change rapidly, become concernedofficials, experts and scholars and the broad masses of the problem.Through the study of County People’s livelihood management innovation, selectionof Chinese county of Hunan Province as a case study, and from the time of vertical historystudy of China’s people’s livelihood management mode, as well as from space horizontalselects County People’s livelihood management innovation in developed countryrepresentative, this research on management innovation in the people’s livelihood therange is an important reference.In this paper, the county people’s livelihood management innovation as the researchobject, the analysis of the case, to explore the main mode, the county people’s livelihoodmanagement in China and the reasons for the formation of the improvement direction, tothe banner, promote the innovation of County People’s livelihood management mode inour country to make continuous progress. This paper used the method of literatureresearch and case study method, is reading a lot of literature, and further Zhongfangcounty base to carry out investigation and study, to achieve the combination of theory andpractice. The main research results: one is through theoretical study and put forward theconcept of people’s livelihood management, county people’s livelihood management modeof expression, the concept, theoretical origin and direction of the innovation of the studydescribed. The two is the case analysis to establish the four basic types of the managementof county government, namely, the government introduced--enterprise participation, thegovernment--group participation and government--mass participation. The three is toanalyze the problems and reasons of the people’s livelihood management, clear theconception, system and resource allocation in three aspects. Four is the countermeasuresto accelerate innovation management of County People’s livelihood were analyzed further,put forward the system reform, public opinion guidance and participation of nongovernment organizations and other measures. Five is the longitudinal to the managementmode of the Chinese people’s livelihood reviews the history and the horizontal on the partof the developed countries the people’s livelihood management innovation in the research.
