Meanwhile, theadministrative examination and approval system haves constantly adapted to the socialistmarket economy in the process of reform, exploration, practice and summary over the past10years.China’s administrative examination and approval system is an important part ofbuilding a socialist market economy strategy. Due to the problems of the currentadministrative examination and approval system in program optimization, performanceimprovement, and functions change, etc, there is adverse effect on the initiative andactiveness of market operators and business entities to various degrees.
