Reaserch On The Grid Management Mode For Shaoshan Community

With the requestion of rapid Information technology development and social management innovation, Community Grid Management(CGM), as a new urben management model, emerges at the right moment. Basing on modern information technology, CGM is playing a effectively part in community management in form of section meshing with desingnated responsible. Nowadays, although gets some effect, there are many problems in the implementation process of CGM in the conutry.This artical mainly focuses on the research of CGM in Shaoshan city, for the purpose of impeling its institutionalization and standardization improvement, and analysises the necessity of implementing CGM in Shaoshan city, and finds out the performances and reasons of the exsisting problems in the implementation process. Finaly, the author perfects the countermeasure of Shaoshan city’s CGM from the following aspects:perfecting the govenmental CGM mechanism, cultivating pubilc to participating CGM, Strengthening system safeguard of CGM. The achievement of the research can provide theoretical direction and practice reference for the exploring and prcticing of CGM.
