Research On The Professional Construction Of Community Workers Under Grid Management Mode

With the continuous innovation and development of our country's social management model,the new type of community grid governance model has begun the development and exploration of roads in various cities in China,under the strong support and promotion of the government.The grid management mode has its own characteristics and novelties,both in the concept of community management and in the way of management.Those have brought about drastic changes to the community's promotion of democratic self-government,improvement of the living environment,and improvement of residents' quality of life.Correspondingly,higher requirements have been put on the professionalization of community workers.The level of professionalism of community workers directly affects the quality of community services under the grid governance model.First this paper defines and extends the grid management model and the connotation of community workers,and makes a preliminary definition for the research object of this paper.The article uses the theory of seamless government,human hypothesis theory,and professional theory as theoretical support for research.Second,it describes the achievements and grid governance characteristics of Nanning City in promoting community grid management through years of practice.Third,through questionnaires,investigate the basic situation and employee satisfaction of community workers under the grid governance model.Focused on analyzing the professional knowledge,professional skills,and professional values of community workers.Fourth,analyze the problems and causes in the current community worker team.First,The professional construction of the community workers in Nanning is lagging behind;Second,the awareness of "owners" of community workers is weak;Third,the social recognition of professional workers of community workers is low;Fourth,the training system for community workers is not targeted and cannot meet the needs of specialization;V.The professional security system for community workers is not perfect.Proposed the countermeasures for the professionalization of community workers under the grid management model:First,the"people-centered" management philosophy runs through the management of community workers.Second,in-depth development of grid-based precision management,reshaping the concept of professionalism.Third,reform the professional training system for the community workers.The fourth is to improve the professional security system for community workers.
