With the social development, we focus on security personnel gradually increased in recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization level of security has been the rapid development of the service sector, as of the end of 2012, China has a security service enterprises amounted to 3777, the number in the security profession up to 4.5 million, security personnel working with our social order, the residents live a normal life, working closely linked to the quality of work of security personnel will affect the lives of the residents of the happiness index is currently sociology and psychology, human resources and other disciplines research on job burnout gradually deepened, but security personnel for the study of burnout, given the degree of concern is not high, the work of security personnel and our social order, the residents live a normal life, working closely linked, burnout security personnel my heart will seriously affect the quality of the work of security personnel, so security personnel burnout research is extremely necessary. Firstly, the empirical part of the selected job burnout and self-efficacy in mature translated version of the international common scale, through the actual site survey data recovery, use EXCSL, SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0 statistical analysis of the data and variables the factor, correlation, regression analysis, verification of its dependent variable by demographic control variables, significant differences between the variables of self.The results of this study found that: first sex have on the "cynicism", "low achievement" demographic variables significantly affect the difference in the age of "self-efficacy", "burnout" has a significant influence differences in culture, "a sense of accomplishment low " There is a significant difference in the impact, work experience has a significant influence on differences in burnout, there is no other significant difference.The influence of Self-efficacy Sense to the job burnoutsense on security personnel is veri fed by using the method of related and regression analysis.The empirical results show that the self-efficacy of security personnel has a significant negative effect on the job burnout,emotio nal exhaustion dimension, cynicism dimension and sense of achievement.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given by the results of the empir ical part,according to the analysis of status quo and problems of the security personnel in the last part of the paper.
