Mode Of Soldier Cadets Management Disquisition

Soldier Cadets is an important part of military cadets, which plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of military modernization and normalization. However, some of the soldier cadets are less disciplined and lack of gumption and law awareness, which acquires more attention to the management of soldier cadets, so how to improve management of soldier cadets becomes a real problem that urgently needs a perfect solution.This thesis introduces the research to the management of soldier cadets, we figure out some definition about management of soldier cadets by consulting documents, and we design 《questionnaire of manage model of soldier cadets》 according to the characters of soldier cadets. With information from informal discussion and analysis to the status quo of the management of soldier cadets, we summarize experience of management of soldier cadets and discover some problems meanwhile. Through the analysis to those problems, we probe the formation and limits of management model of soldier cadets. And we introduce quaternity management model of the development of Soldier Cadets. We will focus on the mutual relationship between management and self-management of Soldier Cadets, troop training, society and family, policy and system, in order to offer the theoretical and practical reference for the army to the cultivation and management of Soldier Cadets. Through this research, we discover that among the four factors, the individual qualities is the basic factor of growth and success of Soldier Cadets, and troops training is a fundamental factor to the Soldier Cadets, and society and family’s influence in Soldier Cadets’ growth is also an important factor, and policy and system is the basic assurance of Soldier Cadets’ growth and success. Therefore, to promote the Soldier Cadets’ growth and success, we must take effective measures to enhance the soldiers’ personal qualities, reinforce their own foundation of growth and success; optimize the development model, and actively provide strong support for Soldier Cadets’ growth; make sure military universitiy, the society and family play the role to increase the soldiers’ external power; improve policy and perfect system to inspire the soldiers’ inner motivation, and promote the successful growth of Soldier Cadets in the barracks.
