Rapid economic development pattern, the economy and society is also a day to new faces, as the people, people’s living standards to the natural development and improvement, which also state organs functions from central to local authorities has put forward higher job requirements. Dalian municipal government departments primary statistical unit based survey to collect data on national economic development of the mission, it is important for the country’s social and economic decision-making to provide scientific basis for the main work window. Quality and quantity to ensure rapid completion of the statistical work, not only for statisticians grassroots statisticians grassroots demands professionalism, but also the level of their business, behavior and attitude requirements. Primary results of statistical personnel working directly related to whether the normal harmonious social progress and development, economic and social goals can be achieved according to plan an important motivating factor. Thus, by the grassroots statistical unit staff satisfaction survey research, to promote the entire statistical system staff satisfaction improvement has important practical significance.Based on the existing literature on job satisfaction research, analyze and summarize, select Dalian urban (city and county) Bureau officers, street (township) statistics, community statisticians, statistical co-management personnel as empirical survey, combined with practical situations in Dalian at the grassroots level statisticians through questionnaires, based on the understanding of the whole statistical system status of employee job satisfaction, then what factors launched the grass-roots work of statisticians satisfaction plays an important role. Which units from a scientific and rational policies, and thus achieve improved staff efficiency and enthusiasm, stable staff attitude, enhance core competitiveness.This paper based on the grass-root statisticians of Dalian municipal government department job satisfaction questionnaire data. Use Delphi method to confirm weight of index system. By means of scale reliability and validity analysis, utilize fuzzy evaluation model of job satisfaction to make the final comprehensive evaluation, and the corresponding increase grass-roots government statisticians satisfaction policy recommendations.
