Justice is a standard measure of all human behavior. One of the main features of Marx’s theory is to pay attention to labor and human. Although Marx don’t direct discuss justice, in Marx’s labor theory of science and the theory of scientific socialism established, it contains a wealth of ideas of justice. In order to reveal the cornerstone of Marx’s theory of justice, this paper uses the scientific method of dialectical materialism and historical materialism and from the perspective of the labor theory of interpretation of Marx’s ideas of justice. Justice is a dialectical unity of abstract and concrete, subjective and objective, relative and absolute, universal and particular, changed and unchanged, diachronic and synchronic. Justice, with the social contradictions, is the steady state non antagonistic contradictions of social development. The emergence and development of labor, determines the formation and development of Justice. And the inherent contradictions of labor productivity and labor organization, promote justice forward. In short, the history of the development of justice is the history of the development of labor. In term of inherently causal relationship between justice and labor and human terms, Justice is in line with the law of free development of human, It is the possession of class to the prescriptive nature of the real labor process.The paper is divided into three parts or six chapters. The first part includes Chapters I and II. The first chapter introduces the research background of Marxist ideas of justice, research status of domestic and foreign, research Methods, the basic idea and significance etc. The second chapter introduces Marx’the concept of justice and labor category, and analysis Marxist connotation of justice in the labor Horizon, and reveals the basic characteristics justice. In the basic method of conflict analysis, the paper explores the historical development of justice and internal contradictions. The second part includes Chapter III, Chapters IV and V, we will specifically demonstrate the Marx’s interpretation of the process of justice. The third chapter reveals that the generation of labor is just the logical starting point of justice. The fourth chapter analyzes the specific logic expand of justice, that is actively abandoning alienated labor and the development of labor. The specific performance is the development of production methods, and the transform of labor organization or production relations. The fifth chapter analyzes that the logical endpoint of justice is the freedom of self-realization labor, and free and comprehensive development of human. The third part is the sixth chapter. This paper describes how the research results response to John Rawls as the representative of the neo-liberal and Marxist Theory of Justice investigators, and enlightenment on Contemporary China’s modernization.Innovative and creative achievements of this paper Contains three main points. First, it combines the scientific method of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, scientific analyze the inherent contradictions of justice, and alone create and demonstrate Deductive process of justice. Second, in the internal relationship of justice, labor and human, It reveals the scientific connotation of justice and developmental law of justice, and analyzes the different forms of labor, justice and the historical development and specific forms of justice in different modes of production, as well as the concept of freedom and equality and development content of justice and human. The most important thing is to reveal the dialectical relationship of justice, labor and social. Third, the Communism justice isn’t the ultimate goal of the development of justice but the real beginning of human history justice.
