The bottleneck of economic development and environmental destruction, nowbecome the two hot issues of China’s economic development. China is the largestdeveloping country, has achieved remarkable economic achievements and miracles in2011, but also caused a series of ecological and environmental problems. YunnanProvince as a key province in the western region, known as the "Kingdom of plants,flowers, spices town" reputation ", the current rapid economic development, Yunnanushered in the" economic circle "and" the Yunnan bridgehead construction "of the twomajor economic development historic opportunity, how to grasp the2majoropportunities the development of Yunnan’s economy, a priority for Yunnan Province,economic development from the economic development in the perspective ofindustrial pollution in Yunnan province each city.This article is mainly based on the EKC environment Kuznets curve model,analysis software of Yunnan province and the city’s energy consumption andeconomic development by using the SPSS statistics. Select three indicators in1998--2011pollution class: the total emission of industrial waste water, industrial waste gasemission, industrial solid waste emissions, area of Yunnan province and the prefectureand city of Yunnan province and the per capita GDP. First of all, according toHJ/T192-2006of the people’s Republic of China environmental protection industrystandards, calculation of the various state city environment quality index and pollutionindex; and then, using the principle of EKC of environmental Kuznets curve, theenvironmental Kuznets curve of Yunnan province and each state description, analysisof the development trend of environmental pollution index in Yunnan province andthe city and GDP per capita; finally, try to fit the environmental Kuznets curve ofYunnan province and the city using SPSS software, based on the curve fitting,classification. And get the following conclusions through research:1.Yunnan province environmental quality index and per capita GDP showed increased and then decreased; Kunming city environmental quality index and per capita GDPshowed increased and then decreased, Diqing state environmental quality index andper capita GDP showed the first decline after rising trend; other environmental qualityindex, and the per capita GDP exhibits a monotonic decreased, increased first andthen decreased, the first decline after rising trend, and even no rules;2.Yunnan province environmental pollution index and per capita GDP inverted "N"curve; Kunming city environmental pollution index and per capita GDP showed "U"curve; other state environmental pollution index and per capita GDP showed "U" type,monotone increasing,"N","N","U" type, and irregular curve;3.Environmental pollution index in Yunnan province and the majority of States andGDP per capita, showed "N" curve, environmental Kuznets curve is not a standard.
