Liquefied natural gas (LNG) as a new clean energy, has been widely used in many areas of the world. In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s LNG industry, large quantities of LNG vaporizing station have been built and put into operation. However, due to the low temperature, flammable, explosive of LNG inherent characteristics, there are a lot of safety accidents of LNG vaporizing station’s operation and management, such as leakage, fire and explosion.Therefore, the safety evaluation of LNG vaporizing station has a very important practical significanceIn this thesis, on the basis of the learning from LNG enterprise security evaluation research and related industry standards at home and abroad.as well as according to the principle of the system,and combined the current situation of LNG vaporizing station enterprises,established the safety evaluation system of LNG vaporizing station,and used the fuzzy and extension comprehensive evaluation to the project-analysis of the safety evaluation of a LNG vaporizing station.The thesis briefly introduced the evaluation principles, model and process of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and extension comprehensive evaluation.and stressed the improvements on the traditional basis of two kinds of modus.Improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of weight correct value adopted AHP method, improved extension comprehensive evaluation normed the classical domain and matter element evaluation, that improved ways made the evaluation results more accurate.Using two different improved methods for a LNG vaporizing station’s safety evaluation,this thesis analyzes their respective advantages and disadvantages as well as the scope by comparing rigor.objectivity.computation and other factors of two different methods, can provide valid reference value for LNG vaporizing station’s safety evaluation.The thesis focused on the analysis of the accident consequences of LNG vaporizing station, analyze the accident model of leak, expansion, evaporation, fire and explosion of LNG, simulates the accident consequences of a LNG vaporizing station by computer software. Propose the safety precautions of LNG vaporizing station, provide scientific basis for development of a safety management system for station managers and decision makers.
